GoldenSet Capital announces the sale of its 16.5 MW seven-project solar portfolio managed on behalf of NewWorld Environmental Infrastructure L.P. and the CleanTech Alliance Fund of Funds L.P.  This portfolio, constructed and owned in a venture with Soltage LLC since 2012, is comprised of five solar projects in Massachusetts and two solar projects in Connecticut which sell clean renewable electricity to nine high quality municipal and corporate customers.  “GoldenSet entered the Massachusetts market in the early days of the State’s solar programs establishing an early mover advantage that benefitted our partner and our investors” notes Everett Smith, CEO of GoldenSet Capital.
